  [Taipei], [November 14, 2024] Z-COM will participate in this year’s IT Month at the "Smart Nation" exhibit area, presenting the latest advancements in its "5G Smart Transportation Project." Supporting the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ initiative to leverage 5G technology for traffic management, Z-COM’s exhibit aims to improve urban efficiency and public safety. This event, combined with EdTech Taiwan, will run from November 14 to November 17 at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, making it Taiwan’s only exhibition merging information technology and education.

The topic, titled "GenAI + 5G Wi-Fi Heterogeneous Network Applications for Light Rail Driver Assistance Systems," will be presented by Manager Xu Liang-Shu, who will showcase how Z-COM utilizes Generative AI and 5G NR with Wi-Fi heterogeneous network technologies for real-time information transmission, allowing light rail drivers and control centers to better monitor road conditions, thus enhancing driving efficiency and safety.
