Z-COM actively challenges itself, initiating endeavors ranging from product design to the curbing of hazardous substances and eco-friendly packaging. Our approach entails a reduction in the usage of environmentally detrimental chemicals within both products and processes. Collaboratively, our research and development units, coupled with the product divisions, engage customers, materials suppliers, and partners to foster the creation of products that are more harmonious with the environment, driven by efficient and innovative management methodologies. By nurturing confidence among customers, employees, and suppliers, we perpetually elevate our ecological performance. Risk Management Policy

The risk management policy of our company and its subsidiaries is established in accordance with the overall corporate operational principles. It defines various types of risks and aims, within the scope of manageable risks, to prevent potential losses. This approach enhances shareholder value and aligns with the optimization principles for the allocation of company resources.

Risk Management Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

1、    Board of Directors: The company's Board of Directors serves as the highest authority for risk management. Its objective is to comply with laws, drive and implement overall risk management for the company, gain a clear understanding of operational risks, ensure the effectiveness of risk management, and bear ultimate responsibility for risk management. 

2、   Operational management meetings: Chaired by the Chairman or CEO, the supervisory meeting or operational management meeting oversees various plans and projects initiated by management levels and conducts risk assessments. 

3、    Finance Department: Operating independently from business departments, the Finance Department handles financial operations for each business unit and provides investment assessment reports. 

4、    Audit Unit: A separate department reporting to the Board of Directors, the Audit Unit is responsible for internal controls and internal audits. Its role is to strengthen internal control functions, facilitate the company's sound operations, and provide timely improvement suggestions. This ensures the continuous and effective implementation of internal control systems and serves as the foundation for reviewing and amending internal control mechanisms. 

5、    Business Units at All Levels: Heads of various business units bear the frontline responsibility for risk management. They analyze and monitor relevant risks within their respective units, emphasizing comprehensive risk management by all team members. During routine operations, they implement preventive measures at multiple levels to ensure the effective execution of risk management mechanisms and procedures. 

The risks involved in the various business activities of our company encompass market risk, investment risk, credit risk, strategic risk, hazard risk, operational risk, legal risk, information security risk, and other types of risks.
