Hsinchu, Taiwan – April 21, 2026 – Z-COM today announced its participation in Secutech 2026, where it will present its next-generation networking and AIoT solutions under the theme of “Edge Computing × Intelligent Resilience.” The showcase will feature the company’s upcoming “NEW Platform,” Wi-Fi 7 technologies, and vertical solutions for slope monitoring and smart rail applications, demonstrating its capabilities in mission-critical infrastructure.

At this year’s exhibition, Z-COM will offer a technology preview of its NEW (Network Extension with Wire and Wireless) Platform and Wi-Fi 7 positioning capabilities, both scheduled for official launch at Computex 2026 in June.

The NEW Platform is built on Z-COM’s zMEC edge computing architecture and adopts a containerized (Docker-based) design. It integrates WLAN control, network visualization, cybersecurity, and energy management into a single unified interface (single pane of glass), significantly reducing operational complexity.

With modular licensing and flexible scalability, the platform allows customers to deploy only what they need and expand as requirements grow. Its one-box deployment model further simplifies installation and maintenance, enabling efficient and secure network operations across diverse environments.

Z-COM will also showcase its next-generation Wi-Fi 7 tri-band Access Points, supporting 2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz bands and delivering up to 9.3 Gbps throughput, along with advanced features such as Multi-Link Operation (MLO) and ultra-low latency.

Integrated with the NEW Platform, Wi-Fi 7 enables high-precision positioning and venue analytics, supporting applications such as personnel tracking, asset management, and smart space optimization. These capabilities will be previewed at Secutech, with full release planned for Computex 2026.

▌Slope Monitoring Solution: Resilient Connectivity in Extreme Environments

Targeting high-risk and remote environments, Z-COM will present its slope monitoring solution (SP250-A04), designed to address connectivity challenges in infrastructure monitoring—especially the “last mile” in difficult terrains.

Key features include:

․  LTE backhaul connectivity for reliable data transmission in areas without wired infrastructure

․  RS485 industrial interface for direct integration with sensors such as inclinometers and displacement meters

․  Edge AI with ultra-low latency architecture , enabling real-time data processing and anomaly detection with system latency below 10 ms 

This solution is ideal for disaster prevention, slope stability monitoring, and remote infrastructure management.

▌Smart Rail Solution: Reliable Communication in High-Mobility Environments

Building on its experience in rail projects, Z-COM will showcase an enhanced smart rail solution integrating AI video applications and IP radio communication devices (IP110H, IP503H Lite).

The solution supports:

․  Reliable, low-latency train-to-ground communication  

It is designed to improve safety and operational efficiency in complex rail environments.
